Sales Specialist (China)

China • Sales and Marketing Department / Sales Team • Full Time

In this role you will:

  • Lead opportunities from identification to closure, managing all contractual, legal, and technical requirements.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with Institutional, High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) and Corporate clients to generate consistent revenue opportunities across our product ranges.
  • Collaborate with your line manager in developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities. 
  • Identify emerging market prospects and market shifts, staying fully informed about new products and competitive dynamics.
  • Keep abreast of product developments and roadmaps.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide regular, structured feedback on all activities and customer issues to your line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the finance industry and with FX products.
  • Transferable book of clients is a significant asset
  • China-based candidates are preferred.
  • An energetic and proactive attitude toward learning, pipeline generation, and sales execution.
  • Tactful, intelligent, and improvisational skills to handle client objections effectively.
  • Excellent command of English is a must; additional languages are highly preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Readiness to take on responsibilities in a dynamic, scale-up company environment.
