Sales Specialist

 In this role, you will:

  • Take opportunities from identification to close, including the management of all contractual, legal and technical requirements.
  • Identify and work closely with Institutional and HNWI clients to establish relationships that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the product ranges.
  • Coordinate with line manager in developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities.
  • Identify emerging market prospects and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Keep fully up to date with product developments and roadmaps.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide regular, meaningful, and structured feedback on all activity and customer issues to the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the finance industry / FX products.
  • Energetic and proactive attitude towards learning, pipeline generation, and sales execution.
  • Tactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle client’s objections in any way.
  • Excellent command of English is a must, additional languages are highly preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Customer, result, and detail-oriented.
  • Ready to take responsibility in a scale-up company environment.
